James Dexter pushes the boundaries of photography and what the medium can do he is always prepared to fight its corner as an artistic practice in its own right. He places his photography within found objects to push the narrative of a 'post apocalyptic dystopia,' often photographing derelict buildings and more recently uninhabited landscapes using archaic and 'purist' methods to produce a photographic image.
